Check that the cellular modem SIM card has money on it. The relevant numbers will be recorded in the front of your owners manual.

How do I put more money on my AVS SMS module’s SIM card?

Below are some options from the Vodafone website www.vodafone.co.nz on keeping your balance topped up. Vodafone may change these without notice. Please contact Vodafone on 0800 800 021 with any questions.

At the EFTPOS machine

Lots of stores have designated Vodafone eklick EFTPOS terminals where you can top up with cash, credit card or EFTPOS. They’ll usually have signage that make them easy to find.

At NZ Post

You can top up at any NZ Post outlet (or PostShop or Books & More store) with cash or EFTPOS. You pay the retailer for your airtime then tell them your mobile phone number.
