Check that the cellular modem SIM card has money on it. The relevant numbers will be recorded in the front of your owners manual.

On the internet
You can top up using your Visa or MasterCard on the Vodafone website www.vodafone.co.nz. Just follow the on-screen instructions.
Topping up at your bank’s ATM machines
If you’re with the ANZ, ASB Bank, BNZ or Westpac, you can top up at their ATMs (you can only use your own bank’s ATM). From the main menu select “Other” and follow the on-screen instructions for Vodafone Prepay.
At the EFTPOS machine
Lots of stores have designated Vodafone eklick EFTPOS terminals where you can top up with cash, credit card or EFTPOS. They’ll usually have signage that make them easy to find.
At NZ Post
You can top up at any NZ Post outlet (or PostShop or Books & More store) with cash or EFTPOS. You pay the retailer for your airtime then tell them your mobile phone number.
Tips
You can disarm the system using SMS. Please read the instructions in your owners manual.
You can purchase new remotes from your AVS dealer who will code them in to your system. Remotes are also available online.
The system is warning you that a door is open. Disarm the system, correct the problem and start again.
The system has been triggered. Text 000000HISTORY for a list of recent triggers.
It is most likely that auto re-arm and re-lock has been activated. It can be turned off by your AVS dealer.
The system has accidentally been put in to valet mode which will stop the alarm arming (it is useful if your vehicle is being serviced or repaired. It will allow five engine starts before returning to normal operation.
